An inn and conference centre outside Hallowell, minutes from Augusta and about an hour from Portland. It is the most straightforward answer in the Kennebec Valley for a wedding where guests sleep on site and nobody drives afterwards.
The main space seats up to 168 at round tables or 200 at rectangular ones, and takes about 150 banquet style. Smaller rooms handle rehearsal dinners and welcome gatherings — one seats 30 banquet style, 40 theatre style or 60 standing; another 50 seated or 80 for a casual reception. For larger numbers an attached tent adds anywhere from 900 to 2,250 square feet, so the property scales further than its indoor footprint suggests. Being twelve minutes off I-95 matters more than it sounds when guests are coming from away.
