Bar Harbor Inn
Hotel / Resort in Bar Harbor, Maine.
Coastal / OceanfrontHotel / Resort
An oceanfront inn in Bar Harbor, on the doorstep of Acadia, and one of the more straightforward answers for a Maine wedding where most guests are flying in — they can sleep, marry and eat without moving a car.
Two rooms carry most weddings. The Reading Room is the larger, newly renovated and oceanfront, taking up to 125 guests. The Porcupine Room is an 800-square-foot space with an 11-foot ceiling that seats 48 for a banquet, and is booked in blocks rather than for the whole day — either 11am to 3pm or 5pm to 9pm, which is worth knowing before you plan a timeline around it.
The inn is family owned and operated and has its own wedding planners on staff.

A dash means the venue doesn't publish that number and we haven't confirmed it. Seated-with-dancing is usually well below the plain seated figure — it's the number worth asking about.
